Since beginning her real estate career in 2014, Liz Wells has built a reputation for guiding clients with care, expertise, and a deep understanding of the Charlotte market. Originally from West Virginia, Liz graduated from Elon University in 2011 and moved to Charlotte immediately after, quickly falling in love with the city's vibrant neighborhoods and welcoming community.
Liz and her husband live in SouthPark, where they are raising two daughters who attend local public elementary school. Having personally bought and sold condos, single-family homes, and investment properties, Liz understands firsthand what clients experience and confidently guides them through every step of the process.
She believes strongly in the power of building wealth through real estate and serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the buying and listing process. While her expertise is rooted in the Charlotte area, her passion for the Carolinas extends to the coast-she also owns property in Oak Island, NC, and enjoys helping clients explore second-home or short-term rental opportunities there.
Beyond real estate, Liz serves on the Board of Directors for Benjamin the Brave Medulloblastoma Cancer Foundation which supports families of children facing brain cancer. When she's not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family, taking long walks with her golden retriever Kona, attending Broadway shows at the Blumenthal, reading with her book club, exploring new Charlotte restaurants, and relaxing at the beach.
